PG&E Account Validation

Please enter the following information so we can verify your identity.

❶ Enter the first and last name of the PG&E account holder.

First Name

Last Name

If this is a residential business, such as an apartment complex, enter the full business name as it appears on your PG&E bill in Last Name and leave First Name empty.

❷ Enter at least two of the following.

Phone Number

This must be a phone number that you have on file with PG&E.

Email Address

This must be an email address that you have on file with PG&E.

PG&E Account Number

Your billing account number can be found in the upper right portion of your PG&E bill.
